The public agents are demonstration systems. Starting a demo sends live microphone audio to ElevenLabs so the agent can understand and respond.
Recording and transcription
- Audio saving is off and audio deletion is enabled.
- A transcript is created and processed to operate the conversation.
- Transcript retention is configured for 0 days, with transcript and detected personal information scheduled for deletion.
- This is standard-plan scheduled deletion, not Enterprise zero-retention mode. It does not mean that no transient processing or storage occurs.
What the demo can and cannot do
The agents can hold a bounded demonstration conversation. They have no connected calendar, CRM, phone, SMS or email tools, so they cannot create a real booking, contact a person or update an external system. Any on-screen booking or availability example is a simulation.
